Dear Claudia:


The General English for Medical Professionals Common Professional English - Medical English class at Asia University is looking for a world-class English instructor—the perfect English teacher. The reason we are looking for an additional instructor is because our class size has increased significantly, some students need extra support with medical vocabulary, and we want to offer more interactive speaking practice.


Those who wish to apply should have a Master’s degree, be able to explain medical terms in simple English, design engaging group activities, and give clear, constructive feedback. It’s important for a good English instructor to be able to explain medical terms in simple English so that students without strong language backgrounds can still understand complex concepts. Being able to design group activities helps students communicate better and learn collaboratively. Giving clear feedback helps students improve their language skills faster and with more confidence.


The ideal candidate should be someone who is patient, creative, and passionate. In other words, the applicant for this job should be patient enough to help struggling students without frustration, creative enough to design fun and effective lessons, and passionate enough to inspire students to love learning English.

Planning Now for the Work I want to do in the Future

With the arrival of artificial intelligence and other technological advancements, getting a good job in the future will require having the right contemporary skills. Therefore, it is important to plan now for the career I want to have in the future. This is why I have chosen classes where I can learn new skills to increase my opportunities now and in the future. In terms of skills that I enjoy doing, I am good at childhood education, AI and Japanese. For example, my major is childhood education, in my family, most of member’s occupation are about education, I like children more than adults.
