Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to go jogging, do yoga or go swimming because these exercises are good for maintain your BMI. Other people like to stay healthy by eating vegetables, fruits and eggs. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.


For example, I like to go jogging, do yoga and go swimming. The reason I like to go jogging is because it is a slow exercise, I can also see the green tree when I am jogging and it is good for my breathe.


In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat vegetables, fruits and eggs at least one time a week. I always eat the health food in the lunch time, because I don’t eat so much in the lunch time, a little health food must be a good choice.


I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fried chicken, McDonald’s or cola. Eating too much has a great impact on health, and you also need to do more exercise to consume calories, and even cause cardiovascular diseases.


In conclusion, Eating vegetables and fruits can help defecate smoothly and reduce the burden on the body. More exercise can help us burn calories.
